Provide essential support to Davis Technical College, empowering all individuals to change their lives through accessible technical education.
Working with the community, the Foundation will implement resources that eliminate financial barriers to technical education and enhance programs at Davis Technical College.
The Foundation’s work enables all individuals to access the opportunities available at Davis Technical College. Our objectives include:
- Seek donations and community support
- Fund scholarships and capital projects
- Assist the College to meet its objectives
There should be no financial barrier to earning a certificate from Davis Tech. This is the heart of our mission at The Davis Technical College Foundation. Thanks to generous donations from our community, thousands of students obtain a technical education and certification, leading to well-paid, highly skilled jobs. We’re proud that 99% of our graduates leave with no student debt and are well positioned to lead a healthy and productive careers because of the world-class technical training from Davis Tech. Though the Foundation has successfully helped many, we realize that there is still plenty of work to do. Davis Tech’s self-paced learning model means that students need assistance all year long, not just at the beginning of a semester or for a clearly defined period of time. In addition to cash donations, the Foundation receives many in-kind donations, including state-of-the-art equipment and materials. This ensures students are fully trained and capable of beginning work immediately and being productive on the first day of work. We need you to join us in this effort. You can help us in several ways, including through our annual charity golf tournament, scholarship opportunities, or capital campaigns. The reward will be more than worth the time and expense. Together we can change lives.
The Role of the Foundation
